I RECEIVED THIS LETTER FROM CANADA , NO RETURN ADDRESS, IN IT IS A LETTER AND A CHECK. THE LETTER STATES THAT I WON 255,069.00 IN CASH IS CREDITED TO FILE REFERENCE NUMBER A974-K309. THE CHECK WAS FROM AIG ANNUITY INSURANCE COMPANY FOR 3,480.10 AND THE LETTER STATED THAT I FIRST CALL PAUL GIVON OR ERIKA COHN AT 1-912-480-0353 TO HELP COVER ANY CHARGES THAT MAY BE REQUIRED BEFORE YOU RECEIVE YOUR FUNDS. I CALLED AND PAUL ANSWERED THE PHONE AND STATED THAT I NEED TO DEPOSIT THE CHECK IN MY BANK ACCOUNT. SO ANYWAY I DIDN'T BECAUSE I WAS SUSPICIOUS OF WHY. PAUL KEEPS CALLING , HAS CALLED ABOUT 4 TIMES AND I TOLD HIM THE LAST TIME I WAS ON MY WAY TO THE BANK AND MY CAR BROKE DOWN. I LIVE 45 MILES FROM MY BANK. SO THE NEXT TIME HE CALLS I'M GOING TO ASK PAUL IF THEY CAN SENT ME CASH TO FIX MY CAR. NOW I'M CONTACKING YOU TO SEE IF WE CAN NAIL THESE CROOKS

Can you not read the posting guidelines ED has posted?
You're post is virtually totally discredited because ya typed the d**n thing all in caps.
Stoomer......thousands of people receive these d**n letters....why do you think YOU can "NAIL THESE CROOKS"? They are outside the jurisdiction of our LE. Many people have threatened these doofs.......everyone vowing to be the one to bust em and put em away blah blah blah. Aint happenin!! Trash the letter and the check..>>>Oh wait...unless you want to call them and verify they arent a scam operation. LMAO that'll work.

The last time I checked, Canada was still a FOREGN COUNTRY. As such, there is nothing US law enforcement can do. As long as there are stupid, greedy Americans, this scam will continue, as it has for years.
