Then he charges you a $12 shipping and handling fee for ordering the phone. I know some people who have even had lines added and phones ordered on their accounts that haven't even ordered the phones. He also doesn't tell anyone about any of the activation fees that comes along with your account $18. So on your next bill you get $30 extra on your bill that he didn't even tell you about. He is also known for not paying his employees and you will probably see a new person there every time you work.
