I am a Realtor and have used various other lead services with relatively good results. This company is truly just a scam ... I was called by a telemarketer named Marvin, when I returned the call I was then routed to Dennis who sounded a great deal like Marvin. I was told they had a lead in my area that wanted to purchase a home. Long story short there was no verifiable lead, the person had no idea what I was talking about and the other two leads were not even in the area that I subscribed to.
I was told that my money was to be held in a trust fund and would not be touched until I ok'd the leads. This also not the truth, I was charged for three bogus leads and received no refund for them. Also the 90 day refund period was a lie, I was told by Dennis that if I was not satisfied I would receive a 100% refund. Not the case I have, I have made numerous cals and they keep trying to convince me tot ake more leads. I now have dealt with Amber not the nicest person, Aaron who called and seems to never be avaialble. Now they may be giving me back 693.00 as they are keeping the 300.00 for the fake leads.
Please stay away from this company as they are just taking advantage of Realtors during tough economic times.Had I googled their actual name Real Estate Client Referrals I would have never been suckered in, they claim to be part of the www.JustListed.com network and have a retired owner that lives out of the country. If they do refund my account I am still out 300.00 and that is a lot of money in this Real Estate Market.
