This is a small and gowing company using unethical business practices to grow. The jobs they present are not real, no interview ever follows after the effusive praise received in the initial consultation. They are merely collecting resumes, building a database and trying to get corporate accounts with big companies to fill these (companies) staffing needs. To do this, they will call you, make up a job "opportunity" and get your resume. When you try to ask details about the job, the information sounds abnormal and vague. Then they will not return phone calls, and the job seeker is left wondering what happened to the job that "....will start THIS Friday, they are looking for someone immediately" As no such job exists, the job seeker then drops everything, re-schedules appointments,  and then suddenly phone calls are not returned, and then when you keep calling, the job suddenly changed or you are told they can't get in touch with their "client" The client never existed in the first place. This is someone (recruiter) who is trying to get a quick commission, gets the resumes, and THEN calls the corporations and trys to solicit the business.

We strive for perfection, but we know excellence is more realistic. The job hunt can be very frustrating. Negative emotions and assumptions can build to an inferno during this time. Apologies are in order for anyone who feels slighted by REP. We encourage anyone with a legitimate complaint to contact us at our proper phone number 303-832-2380 (the phone number listed on this complaint is actually a fax number for one of our offices). We value our candidates, and genuinely care about their well-being.

Unfortunately, we don't have a database that any big company wants. We have been in the staffing industry since 1993, specializing in the property management and real estate industries. We have physical locations throughout Colorado, one in Wichita, KS, and one in Dallas, TX. Please stop by in person any time to meet face-to-face with a live human. We encourage our candidates to stop by and give us an update on their job search.

Please feel free to review our Better Business Bureau results at http://www.bbb.org/denver/business-reviews/employment-agencies/real-estate-personnel-in-denver-co-48002470 and the two Google reviews we have at https://www.google.com/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=reviews%20real%20estate%20personnel&lrd=0x876c792dded1e223:0xefd0bf01fcc1c10c,1 Indeed.com also has some candid reviews that reflect both success, and frustration. We think it's an honest assessment of our business

Indeed.com also has some candid reviews that reflect both success, and frustration. We think it's an honest assessment of our business http://www.indeed.com/cmp/Real-Estate-Personnel/reviews?fcountry=US

On a side note, this is a very slick web site. To file a rebuttal costs $2,000. It's actually a very good business model. There is a sense of fear, and helplessness that goes along with bad reviews. A conscientious business owner will genuinely want to remedy this kind of situation. The $2,000 price tag seems a bit steep. This site shows up extremely well in search results. Kudos to the web master for ripoffreport.com! Marketing fear and negativity has always been profitable.

EDITOR’S NOTE:  Ripoff Report strongly believes in the First Amendment, even when it is about us.  We understand that people who have complaints written about them are upset and want to place blame somewhere, especially if they feel the content of the Reports are false.  We also understand that individuals want to blame our website rather than where it belongs – on the person who wrote the Reports in the first place.  Using the same method that we provide FREE OF CHARGE to all of our users, we would like to “set the record straight” as to the comments posted about our website through this Rebuttal.  Every user of our website has the opportunity to tell their side of the story, for free, just as we will do here.  We certainly encourage users to “set the record straight” and tell their side of the story by using the free methods available to them before they consider other Ripoff Report programs (such as our VIP Arbitration Program or the Corporate Advocacy Program) or alterative avenues (such as filing a lawsuit against the Author of the report) that cost money.  After all, we have no way of knowing if the Report author is telling the truth or perhaps the person/company who writes the Rebuttals to the Report is telling the truth - - or maybe the truth lies somewhere in between the two stories.  This is precisely why we allow Reports, Comments, Rebuttals and Updates, for free, by anyone (including the person/company posted about) who has information to share about the situation.  By doing so, all sides of the story are able to be heard so other users of the site can make an educated decision about the situation for themselves.

The Author of this report is incorrect in suggesting that Ripoff Report charges $2,000 to “file a Rebuttal”.  All Reports and Rebuttals are FREE to the user.  $2,000 is the cost of Ripoff Report's VIP Arbitration Program - a program that removes only challenged statements of facts in a Report that are found to be to be false after presentation of evidence to an independent arbitrator.  Only challenged statements of fact that are found to be false by the arbitrator will be (((REDACTED))) from the Report – the rest will remain. Why do we charge $2,000 for an Arbitration?  The answer is simple; we have highly skilled professional arbitrators who work on these cases and they don’t work for free.  Further, neither does our administrative staff.  To understand the full context of our Arbitration Program, we invite you to review all of the applicable information, including the Program Rules, by visiting our arbitration webpage at http://www.ripoffreport.com/Arbitration.aspx.

We thank you for taking the time to read this Rebuttal and allowing us to “set the record straight.”
