i check my monthly credit card statement and there were 2 unauthorized charges. one for $8dollars

$84. when i called a lady named alex claimed that the charge would be refunded but i would have to call her back. well i did call her and the calls kept going to voicemail. i finally decided to look up their web address and get their phone number and realized that the number I was talking on was a different number than the previous one i called. ALEX answered tha phone. she tried to sound professional they lie and cheat an steal from anyone they can dupe.
