Billy Butler DBA Reality Builders was contracted as a project manager to build a SF investment property and he failed every inspection every step of the way , delays , delays all the time because he to busy going on family vacations with his draws and leaving the work sitting to he comes back. In the final stage of the house he had install facia on the house and it was not the right kind of facia and it was not nail to the wood and the material fell off , I call the subs who install the facial and they said they never got paid and wasn't come back out to correct the problem . Billy doesn't care about anything but collecting payment and doing shabby work. I had to re purchase material and hire new installer and bring the house to a final so I can get a CO.
