realretrojordans.com ordered shoes on this website and they want email back or try to figure out what's going on with my shipment my shoes haven't came I ordered them March 7th when I came home from military leave china Internet

I ordered shoes from realretrojordans.com and they gave me a tracking number it showed it was moving up till March 15th then after it wouldn't let me track my package anymore so I started emailing the website customer service they email things that's like it's automated messages to have u thinking it's really someone emailing but it's not and I've went to my usps and ups to see what's going on and this website is just a rip off and don't want to refund my money at all its been almost a month and they haven't did anything or showed an effort of trying to help me with the situation and yes I used a credit card
