I had an email stating that I could get a loan hassel free. I told theperson that it sounds good but I am listed on ITC and that no company or bank in South Africa will even consider giving a loan to someone like me. This is the response I got :- Hello,I noted the content of your mail.. I wish to let you know that this endorsement fee is very important for a transaction like this- International transaction.. The Government here have to endorse the transaction so that there will be easy transfer of funds between the borrower and the lender.. You will agree with me that because of the massive internet fraud and money laundering issue that has been on lately, one (Both Lender and the Borrower) have to be very careful what he/she engages in. It is paramount that the fee be sent upfront..And this fee is refunded at the end of a successful lending period.So my dear, this fee is very important and can not however be deducted from principal loan. The only thing we do for customers is that we allow 60% and the balance 40% when the loan hit your account.I await your mail.ThanksRebecca Dagg
