Rebecca Weilage / Seth Weilage are the Owners of Highland Acres Apartments in Council Bluffs, Iowa 51503

Rebecca regularly enters tennants property without notice, she referrs to impoverished tennants as "riff raff and needing to get them out of here", she regularly threatens tennants with eviction, during the past year she has purchased Highland Acres Apartments she has ripped off tennants on deposits using a variety of scams to keep the money for her own gain, and using it to reinvest in other property she owns.

Highland Acres is also infested with mold and has an abestos problem that she refuses to fix as in her words, "It would cost too much money"

Rebecca is also a CPA in the Southwest Iowa area, and it is being investigated of her improperiety involving business accounts, and clients she has worked for.

DO NOT STAY AT HIGHLAND ACRES

DO NOT HIRE REBECCA WEILAGE AS A CPA

DO NOT TRUST SETH WEILAGE WELL DRILLING

This couple is known for putting their financial well being over morality time, and time again.
