after wondering what "rebill cubis" was I looked on the internet only to find it on rip off report and I too was being charged 9.95 a month with out my knowledge. I later found out it was due to applying for a payday loan, I never agreed to this or authorized it. The payday loan yes the rebill cubis no, and it looks like its for a credit card which I don't want as well.
