In early September of 2007, Jason Bratter, the owner of Rec Rooms USA, contacted Website Q, Inc inquiring about the cost of designing a website for his business. A quote was given for a standard website design package with e-commerce capability. The following log entry initiated the business relationship

08/31/2007 12:33p - Kay - Correction: Sign up monthly hosting $39.95, $600 for 10pgs html design package with 25 ecommerce products getting 25% discount, total $1139.95. Paid 50% $619.96 today and schedule to pay the bal $519.99 on 09/14/07.

Due to his slanderous posting against Website Q posted on Ripoff Report, I am providing complete disclosure of our internal Work Order ticket below

Paul Bogan1 8/31/2007 12:33:03 PM Voicemail and detailed message.
Paul Bogan1 8/31/2007 12:33:10 PM .
Paul Bogan1 8/31/2007 2:30:32 PM Derek indicates an adjustment in billing that will result in the customer getting 25 products rather than 50
Paul Bogan1 8/31/2007 3:02:15 PM info@recroomsusa.com Emailed links for templates and colors, and customer will be sending that info along with site content. Will touch base Tuesday (if time) or Wednesday.
Paul Bogan1 8/31/2007 3:59:33 PM To Derek, per our conversation.
Derek Pomponio 9/4/2007 11:41:23 AM Back to Paul per conversation.
Kay Tint 9/4/2007 12:08:59 PM Correction: Sign up monthly hosting $39.95, $600 for 10pgs html with 25 ecommerce products getting 25% discount, total $1139.95. Paid 50% $619.96 today and schedule to pay the bal $519.99 on 09/14/07. Received cc auth via email. Back to Paul
Paul Bogan1 9/4/2007 12:25:04 PM Jay sent over a ton of content, template numbers, and a color scheme. Told him I'd go over everything and get back to him tomorrow morning. Meantime, his "assignment" is to get me the descriptions and pricing for his products. NB: He is not going to charge for shipping.
Paul Bogan1 9/4/2007 12:25:51 PM .
Paul Bogan1 9/5/2007 9:40:44 AM Sent the templates, haven't received anything yet.
Paul Bogan1 9/6/2007 10:24:51 AM Bit more info in. Emailed asking for a few minor clarifications so we can get this to Design.
Paul Bogan1 9/7/2007 11:57:07 AM All content received to date, plus instructions, in folder Rec Room.

Customer wants to see the template in its original color scheme, and also with a color scheme that matches his old one (on www.recroomsusa.com), homepage only; he will decide on that basis which color scheme to use. See me if any questions.
Jolanta Soltys 9/17/2007 11:04:51 PM refer to above note
Jolanta Soltys 9/19/2007 1:39:32 PM 2 initial desings- as requested -
websiteq.com/member/recrooms/index_M.htm
websiteq.com/member/recrooms/index_B.htm

please review with client. As you know .. this client has e-commerce. in which case only home page will look the way it looks.. it can not be fully customize.. body or rest of the pages will be white.. - it will look like -websiteq.com/member/recrooms/index.asp?action=page&item=NewItem&type=products&name=6 .. with the header on the top , menu buttons and background color picked, either blue or maron
Paul Bogan1 9/19/2007 3:10:36 PM Emailed.
Paul Bogan1 9/19/2007 4:06:03 PM Thanks for doing both designs.

The customer was appreciative, and says that the maroon is "exactly what [he] was looking for," has no corrections. Continue with design, making sure the other design elements are incorporated into the homepage that were supposed to be.

Jolanta Soltys 9/20/2007 10:09:29 PM initial design completed.. All content provided use

Jolanta Soltys 10/10/2007 10:00:46 PM work in progress
Jolanta Soltys 10/11/2007 4:02:13 PM All content provided by client used. So far we did:
- 1 . Home page.. base on document provided. You did mention that i have not use some content on home page. which one is it.. ?
- 2 . CONTACT
- 3. POOL TABLE CONSTRUCTION
- 4. SHIPPING & INSTALLATION
- 5. LIFETIME WARRANTY
- 6. Policies
- 7. Shop page.. what this page should display.. New products, or should it be custom..?
- 8.- what page this will be provide content
- 9. what page this will be provide content
- 10 what page this will be provide content
- Key words were added
- One product category pool added.
- Client needs to provide additional 49 products. .images and description for each

Client did provide some document called - Internet Conditional Approval Information what I am doing with it? Where it should be linked

Also there are some folder with images.. where do they go.?

As to the e-commerce: before this client sign up. I was notify that he will require only additional drop down menus.. which was OK.. From what I see. His product are more complicated.. Most of his Cloth color and Rail Color there is additional cost. Our e-commerce is not suitable with those specification. However it is possible to do it.. It will require custom programming.. which will take approximately 2 weeks.

Jolanta Soltys 11/21/2007 11:24:00 AM Rec room, programming, if it is are done by li it will take 7 working days.. cost should be Min $1200.00
if its done by outsource it might be longer I would give it at least 14 programming days..
Changes are very extensive. please contact uriel regarding price verification.. That cost is with above shipping specification.. NO UPS OR USPS intigration.. Standard shipping cost

Paul Bogan1 11/21/2007 11:34:09 AM See above. This should be enough detail, hopefully.
Derek Pomponio 11/27/2007 9:58:22 AM Jay does NOT need shipping.......BEFORE I GET A TICKET FOR MORE MONEY, SEND THE FULL DETAILS..I WILL SEND THE TICKET BACK UN TILL THE DETAILS ARE SENT WITH EVERY TICKET...........(THE CUSTOMER WAS VERY UPSET (HE SAID HE DOES NOT NEED SHIPPING) WE ARE ALSO CHARGING FOR HOSTING AND WE ARE NOT HOSTING THE WEBSITE.......
Kay Tint

11/27/2007 1:22:32 PM Paul, You need to coordinate with customer for the additional cost from design dept. If you choose to sent to sales for add on, pls write down the detail note for sales to understand the cost on ticket addition to Jola's note. FYI: Customer received 25% discount on design & ecommerce products because he agreed to sign up for hosting on initial sign up. No one has told me customer is not hosting. Pls write the reason to stop the hosting and send the tix back.

Paul Bogan1 11/27/2007 1:26:15 PM Since when is he not hosting? He signed up for hosting, took the ecommerce (which is predicated on him hosting with us), and got a discount (also predicated on hosting). Please advise.
Derek Pomponio 11/27/2007 2:51:09 PM Jason said he does not want to pay for hosting un till the website is up and running...

Kay Tint 11/27/2007 3:30:55 PM Stopped the monthly hosting due to site is not live yet. I need the tix back after the site is up & running to start billing for hosting.

Paul Bogan1 11/27/2007 4:13:18 PM Continue with rest of the site. Customer says that many of the instructions he has sent were not followed; says that the descriptions he has sent have not been used, et cetera. Please check the site against the emails that I've forwarded to you over the last few weeks, and make sure that we're doing what's been specified.

Jolanta Soltys 11/27/2007 5:44:43 PM have checked and everthing that was forwarded that could be done was done.. please see me if u have any questions.. Refer to email

Paul Bogan1 11/29/2007 9:43:55 AM Jolanta, I went back to the email, and you said that additional programming would be needed for a few things. As with anything else requiring programming, I need to know the time and cost to do the programming so that it can be sent to Elite for the money.

Jolanta Soltys 11/30/2007 12:21:28 PM it will take at about 20 days of programming.. Cost should be Min $3500
Paul Bogan1 11/30/2007 4:08:46 PM See above for cost, and forwarded email for specs.
Paul Bogan1 12/12/2007 11:31:43 AM Jason called cursing me out

12/12/2007 11:44:34 AM Jason called again and is determined to have us build this site the way it was requested and guaranteed by Derek. He does not intend to pay an additional red cent. I suggested that he get a quote from some one else for the additional programming so that he knows what the true cost is. He told me to go fxxx myself. He threatened to go to Amex and request a refund. I told him we completed the design and that additional options the require programming on e-commerce would require extra. Rename folder until resolved
