I paid my account 6117883 or 7664471 in November. I have asked 3 times for a letter stating it was paid so my home re-finance can finish, As of yet I have not received a letter. Every time I call they say they have mailed it.

I need to re-finance or I will be one of the homeowners that will lose their home. This is on my credit report and it is the only negative thing. I just want them to send the letter they keep saying they have.
