Recovery for Athletes is customer friendly only until the purchase is made. We made a purchase for a surgery and expected to receive the Game Ready in time to take it with us to the Hospital. Well, it arrived the day we left for the Hospital and because they required a signature, we had to get someone to stay at our house to sign for the equipment.
We return home several days later, finally able to use the equipment and discover droplets of water in the unit, it was a used unit and we paid for a new unit. Of course, at this point, Jared Hiltzik is not nearly as reachable as he was previously, is clueless about what happened and ignored our request for accommodation for the inconvenience. He also did not allow my comment to post on his website.
The Game Ready is an excellent device but we do not recommend purchasing it from RecoveryForAthletes!

Updated to correct a mistake. Recovery for Athletes is customer friendly only until the purchase is made. We made a purchase for a surgery and expected to receive the Game Ready in time to take it with us to the Hospital.
