Read and follow Instructions!!

If you read and follow instructions you would have no problems. If you would purchase from your local pool professional and not try to save a buck this would not have happened! You uses Tri-chlor and it is VERY insoluable and very low pH. You should have used a quality liquid or Dichlor. It's your own fault for missusing a product NOT the manufacturer or anybody else!
