Sean is notorious for dishonesty, having ripped off many in the recruiting business. He works on split job placements with Todd Kmiec who is also a businessman in NC who has broken both his written and verbal commmitments. Both Sean and Todd owe several recruiters lots of money, and should be avoided at all costs.
