My company purchased a redglobe service plan for 945.00. We purchased the service plan 2 months ago. the service was to provide our company with sales plans such as payday loans billpay verizon wirelss etc. After paying for the plan we were sent an e-mail with links that were dead. Company will not return phone calls or e-mails and we have now realized that our company has been ripped off.
Redglobe is a fake fraudulant company, only out to collect money, they provide no services at all.
Beware, do not get involved with this company, as the saying goes if it sounds to good to be true it probably isn't.

Please see below for the official legal response from Mediaplicity, Incorporated with regards to the letter posted on October 26, 2006 by forum user JC.
Here at Mediaplicity, Incorporated, we take false, defamatory and misleading statements made by others against our company very seriously, so we decided that it was important to respond in kind.
After all, if you are an honest business, you should take the time to answer any and all false allegations made against your firm, right?
Well, that is what we have done, and although our response is a long-winded one, we hope that you will understand why by the time you are done reading it.
Due to the fact that our company's reputation is built with each satisfied customer, we have taken the time and effort to provide a detailed response to each one of the false written accusations of the forum user JC using only factual information based on verified online Internet data usage logs, service provider records, vendor transaction confirmations, transaction ID codes and PBX phone records.
Every company, small, medium or large, will always have customers that are not satisfied. That is simply reality. However, the problem takes on completely different proportions when a customer makes false and misleading allegations about a company's product or service.
From what you are about to read, I am confident that you will conclude that this is exactly what has happened here.
To put this issue to rest, we have also gone through the painstaking measures to retrieve the service logs that clearly demonstrate that JC as used and benefited from our services, despite his defamatory and patently false claims that Mediaplicity is a fake and fraudulent company; will not return phone calls or e-mails; and that he has been ripped off; and that Mediaplicity provided no services at all.
We hope that you, the discerning and honest reader, are able to determine, using the empirical data meticulously detailed below, that the letter written by forum user JC has no basis in truth, fact or merit. It was a letter that was obviously created to defame and besmirch the good name of our company for reasons unknown.
Please note, in accordance with our internal security terms and conditions, and for the full protection of the complaining party JC, we have taken certain measures to protect his identity and account information because he is still actively using numerous services provided through our company. In these instances, you will notice that certain areas will be marked with the asterisk symbol(s) [*****].
Here are the official responses from the Mediaplicity Company on each and every claim:
Customer Claim # 1: My company purchased a redglobe service plan for 945.00.
Mediaplicity/REDGLOBE Response #1: That is correct. On 9.15.2006, JC purchased our REDGLOBE Pathfinder Series Program which includes the following program features listed below. To be specific, here is exactly what JC purchased in services from our company:
1. A Personally Customized Website Linking to Online REDGLOBE Vendors - (Service Delivered on 9.15.2006) - JC's website was activated and ready one day after him joining our program. The merchant's website address is: www.*******LLC.com . To date, JC's site has received 96 unique visits (1,891 k-bits in data transfer) for the month of September 06. Further, JC's site has also received 97 unique visits (948 k-bits in data transfer) for the month of October 2006. Anyone familiar with Internet web site usage knows that these numbers, albeit small, clearly suggests that the site is being actively promoted by JC. It is important to note that Mediaplicity, Incorporated does not provide the service of actively promoting websites on or off of the Internet. It is solely the responsibility of the merchant to promote his or her own website.
2. Bill Payment/Money Transfer/Debit Card Loading Online Ordering System (Service Delivered on 9.20.2006) - JC activated and starting using this service on the date listed. To date, JC has conducted over 42 verifiable online bill payment transactions through our sponsoring bank.
3. Wireless Services (Post & Pre-Paid) Online PIN Ordering System (Service Delivered on 9.15.2006) - JC activated and starting using this service on the date listed. To date, JC has conducted 7 verifiable wireless prepaid coupon transactions through our sponsoring vendor.
4. PayDay Cash Advance Services Online Ordering System (Service Delivered on 9.15.2006) - JC activated and starting using this service on the date listed. To date, JC has successfully transacted 4 verifiable online payday cash advance service loans. On 10.26.2006, one of our representatives was even able to successfully negotiate with the vendor to increase JC's commission for each successful application submitted from $20 to $25 per funded submission.
5. REDGLOBE Wireless Online Ordering System (Service Delivered on 9.15.2006) - JC activated and starting using this service on the date listed. To date, JC has attempted a few online transactions that involved one of our vendors confirming the addresses of his drop-shipping recipients. In each instance, the vendor was unable to verify the addresses of his recipients because each order was placed using a P.O. Box, instead of a physical address (like customarily provided by customers). Due to the fact that the vendor uses Federal Express and United Parcel Service for the delivery of its products, the recipients were not approved for product shipment because they provided a P.O. Box, instead of a physical address. Most companies in the United States refuse to ship to PO boxes, due to security reasons and carrier restrictions. This is commonly known and can be verified by looking at the shipping policies of the companies that sell or offer products and services for shipment within the United States.
6. Unlimited Access to PLATFORMANCE Portal (Service Delivered on 9.15.2006) - JC activated and starting using this portal service on the date listed. This portal service is the main location where all of our services are activated. JC entered into this portal on the very same day of his enrollment, and began accessing all of the other services listed numerically herein.
7. DirecTV & Dish Network Online Ordering System (Service Delivered on 9.15.2006) - JC activated this service on the date listed. To date, JC has elected not to activate this service function. It is important to note, however, that this service is available to JC on a lifetime basis if he chooses to activate it at some future point.
8. Customized Fliers & POS Materials for Each Service (Service Delivered on 9.15.2006) JC was sent his customized service fliers (specifically created with his company's corporate information) on this date.
9. Lifetime Technical Support at No Additional Cost (Service Delivered on 9.15.2006) Here is another strong point of our merchant program. Not only do we back our products and services 100%, we also go the extra mile of never charging the merchant for that support. JC has called in and received support from our staff over 20 verifiable times. Each time, his calls were greeted by a friendly representative who handled any overall issues that were the result of the call right on the spot.

This is one of unique and most valuable aspects to our business that benefits our merchants. To date, JC has elected not to activate additional locations within his licensing structure. It is important to note, however, that this service is available to JC on a lifetime basis if he chooses to activate more stores at some future point.

Mediaplicity/REDGLOBE Response to Customer Claim #4: That is simply not true. As for the claim of not returning phone calls or e-mails, please see the detailed logs listed above. As for the claim of our service links not working, all of our service links work at all times. In the unlikely event that a link is not working, we immediately have our engineers open a service ticket and fix it without delay.
Customer Claim #5: Redglobe is a fake fraudulant company, only out to collect money, they provide no services at all.
Mediaplicity/REDGLOBE Response to Customer Claim #5: Here again is another unfortunate claim that is a completely fabricated, vindictive and untrue statement made for reasons unknown. For the most obvious reasons, I cannot justify this ridiculous and irrational claim with a fair response.
Customer Claim #5: Beware, do not get involved with this company, as the saying goes if it sounds to good to be true it probably isn't.
Mediaplicity/REDGLOBE Response to Customer Claim #5: As the consumer, you can decide this for yourself quite easily based upon the facts detailed in our response. Our services are not too good to be true, as JC states. Quite the contrary, our services are the culmination of over seven years of intensive around-the-clock work by honest, hard-working people in order to deliver a merchant services network that would enable our users to plug into over 200 services from one location. Thanks to the hard work and sacrifice of our employees, suppliers and vendors, we have been able to achieve this goal and have been repeatedly recognized by our peers as a forward thinking, cutting-edge merchant services technology network. Please note that JC's false posting can never change that fact.
Customer Claim #6: Protect your self and your business from red globe.
Mediaplicity/REDGLOBE Response to Customer Claim #6: There is no need to protect yourself from our company. We are well established company that provides a wonderful array of services to customers in all 50 states.
We have no complaints whatsoever on file with any consumer reporting agency, federal or state authority or Better Business Bureau office anywhere in this country, with the exception of JC's falsely accusatory posted letter on this site.
We invite you to verify that fact. Thank you for taking the time to read our response. We hope that this letter serves to inform the general public about the true workings of Mediaplicity, Incorporated.
