Reef Scavangers.com deceptive, unreliable, untrustyworthy, poor service, doesn't know how to follow instructions, Internet

I came across this site on a web search.  First of all they use USPS for shipping their livestock.  (I'm not even sure it that is legal.) I ordered a number of items and all but 2 of them arrived dead.  They were ice cold in a priority mail box without any heat pack, bubble wrap protection or anything. Water was leaking out of the bags.
I tried to call them but of course no number was listed.  I took pics of my stuff still in the bag and emailed it to them.  Instead of returning my money on the dead product, they issued me a credit.  The second time I ordered (reluctantly but did not want to loose my credit,)  I ordered 6 items to use the credit and a little more.  I also paid $34.99 for express overnight shipping.  Well, a month went by and nothing.  I emailed them.  They said they were waiting on one of my items, apologized for the delay and said they would throw in a few freebies for my inconvenience.  Well a couple of weeks later, I finally get an email which I couldn't track of course, (USPS) has extremely poor tracking record.
Anyway the next day I did indeed get my package.  All items arrived alive but I only received 5 of the 6 items that I ordered, there was NO heat pack that I had specifically requested, and it was snowing that day.  Again no bubble wrap to protect the bags.  No freebies
I can only imagine how those poor creatures got bounced around.

I will not be ordering from them ever again because they keep stringing you along, they only have a very few of the items listed on their website, they don't know how to ship saltwater livestock, they have no physical address or phone number to contact them,(what does that say about their customer service??)and they have no problems lying to people or stealing their money. I'm not sure why they even bother to go through all that for the amount of unjust profit they are making. 

If you don't want to loose your money and don't want to get entangled in a lot of hassles, don't order from them!
