I purchased an item online from this company and did not receive the item as indicated on the site. Called them after finding the phone number on another site, how convenient. There reply was they sell for another reseller and it will come from them. it finally did and it didn't work when downloaded. and around and around we go. We do not have time for this.

Tried to get a refund, no luck.
They will never here from us again and hopefully a thousand others.

So, do you blame VISA if the TV you purchased doesn't work?

Digital River does payment processing for other companies, they're not responsible for how quickly something arrives, or whether it works when it gets there. Instead of filing the complaint against the actual software company, you've filed the complaint against the 3rd party payment processor.
