Regal E cigs sent for a free trial starer kit for $4.95 for a E cig.to try for fourteen days the next thing I knew they had taking $119 dollars out of my bank accout Tempe Arizona

I got an email from Regal offering me a free trial for a E cigarette for $4.95 it took a over a week when I got it, The next thing I knew they had took $ 119.00 out of my bank account I called them and they told me that I had fourteen days to try it out and the fourteen days started the day that I ordered it, I had no idea that they were going to take this money out of my bank account which left an overdraft on my account, I called them back and they told me to ship the product back to them at my expense and make sure I had a tracking on it and they were only going to refund me $95.96 because of restocking  I have not even had this product for seven days and just only found out today that they had charged me $119.00 that is when I called them and told them that I wanted a full refund and then they got every rude to me and said that there was nothing they could do and they would refund the $95.96 after they got their product back, I have looked into this and there are a lot of people getting ripped off from this company, something needs to be done about this company from misleading people and stealing these peoples money
