They lie about everything, they lie to all the sellers and even their buyers, they will sit there and make up stories about why closing date is not happening when its supposed to.

They are pretty much robbing these home owners out of their money by offering the lowest possible cash offer and then mark up the prices by thousands and then close in a way where the homeowner has no clue how much money they just made.
