I have now received multiple letters from "Regent Asset Management Solutions" claiming that I owe $8XX.XX to "US Bank", whom I've never had an account with or heard of.

After an initial warning letter, they send a "Notice of plan to refer account to attorney for failure to respond" letter.

Knowing that I've never had a "US Bank" account, and after some basic research on the Internet, I'm only one of hundreds with this same problem.
