I made a payment for a customer who was in a house fire and is in a coma. I have been making his payment in order to keep his car up to date for when he gets out of the hospital. I just found out that the first payment I made did not go towards a regular payment because his account was already paid. Customer Service SUCKS!!! They refuse to talk with me at all, even though it has been MY credit card being used for his payments. I WOULD TOTALLY ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE BAD NEWS!!!!
