Regis Regal German Shepherds - Cindy Kelly.
Sold me a puppy with hip dysplasia. They failed to honor their contract of a replacement puppy. They put my puppy to sleep and didn't refund my money or give me a replacement puppy. Now, they have bred the same 2 dogs that produced puppies with hip dysplasia. They are unethical and dishonest.
Buyer beware:
do not buy any puppies or dogs from this breeder. Due in April is a litter that produced hip dysplasic puppy. Do not buy any puppies. Sire: Saint Vom Mittelwest Dam: Osha Vom Fastbrunnen.

Please disregard previous report of fraud. Regis Regal has honored the contract. We received a beautiful, healthy replacement puppy for our puppy with hip dysplasia. Cindy Kelly has held up her end of the contract. As far as her breeding ethics, I believe she is a good breeder who knows what she is doing and she has excellent dogs.

I also have proof of fraudulent activities by this breeder. Not as bad as what happened to you, but if you are going to court etc. and need proof of a pattern of fraud(one more victim) I'm willing to help. I'm still trying(unsuccessfully) to resolve the issue so I prefer to wait to file my own report. If you post a rebuttal with an e-mail(maybe just a temporary yahoo account set up for this purpose)I'll get ahold of you and we can discuss our next steps. I'm glad you came forward here so I know I'm not the only one. I've been looking for complaints about them on the net for awhile.
