Prestige Timeshare Marketing told me I could sell my Trendwest timeshare, thru them, for $22,000. Every time I called about it they said they had prospective client who had applied for financing. Their "client" didn't get financing because of the economy. Then I couldn't get a hold of anyone from the company. I paid them $699.00 to market my property. When I faxed the signed contract it was to the Attn: Sandy Smith. That was on 4-30-2007, contract #5898.
