Reines RV in Manassas VA Basically Took away our money and sold us a lemon! Then would not help after to make the fixtures! Manassas Virginia

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Bought the RV Cash and they really sold us an RV that they knew was not good. I am so angry, sad, and disapointed. After driving it home, we called them the next day about things that were not working and its drive and they were not there to help, AT ALL.

I have no idea who this customer is or if they are really someone who bought a vehicle from Reines RV Center. Anyone who buys a vehicle from us and has a problem we address it right away.After 68 years we continue to take care of our customers. I wouldd have to have some information from this person to understand their situation.

Types of problems and if they had sold you the unit as inspected or not.
No info on their comuniction or lack there of.
No info on what repairs you expected and where and when you expected them.
All critical info to support your claim of a ripp off.
