Relay 2 Private Limited Employee abused the customer. The customer was treated without respect. The employee asked customer's personal information and was not polite enough to acknowledge instead abused and did not give out companies profile when requested.Company cannot have this behavior to customers from B2C or B2B perspective. Employee of Relay2 abused the customer and insulted him. Total disrespect was shown to the customer.

Personal information, experience, and technical knwoledge details of the wireless networking software from the customer was taken, and later abused the customer. I requested companies profile or some information to understand about what the company did, but no information was provided.

This shows how the company is treating the customer without respect after taking personal information from the customers.  I personally do not like this attitude of the employee. He did not give out any information. He has grey hair and wears glasses.
