A few months ago, I was looking at Craigs List and found an ad from Matthew Goddard the CEO of this company. It seemed like a dream come true. So I sent this guy just short of $400. Had no problem cashing the check. This is a Net Branch opportunity to have a branch, hire realtors, and then do the loans they bring to the house. Sounds ideal. Not quite.
I am hired on by a bank, and I am so happy my career is back on track after having another party trash my license. Doing home loans. I have it in writing I get a phone and laptop. I get the laptop which has issues, and the VPN won't work without a MIFI to get into the intranet to do cards etc., to build by loan buisness. This guy argues with me I should go to Starbucks like I don't have internet ad besides I can't do that with a bank computer now can I.
I then want my cards. I ordered them. They never came. I ask they still haven't come. I am supposed to be on their website and I am not. Then to top it off they took money from an account which was changed caused me all sorts of trouble since I dont keep money in that account. Two days later still waiting for my refund.
I wanted my money back because obviuosly this is not working. No cards, no web presence, and in response he writes me a nasty email saying I racially slurred his boss. How by saying the office is in Little Siagon which by the way is on the Freeway and on the Street identifying the area.
This guy thinks he can just take people money an play fast and loose with the Broker's license. He sent me an ad that hhad no legal disclosures on it. Thank God I didn't use it and called it to his attention.
DO NOT GIVE THIS GUY A DIME HE WILL TAKE IT AND THEN SCREW YOU OVER.
What can he say to defend taking my moneye and doing nothing but causing problems for me at the Bank. In fact because of this man I have had a full blown anxiety attack and ended up at Urgent Care.
Anything he has to say he will say to save face and get others to give hin money.

I see that the owner of the firm rebutted my comments, wihis is pretty funny. The fadts speak for themselves.
He clims it is everyone' fault but minem, butr in reality he us trying toi circle around the truth. They took m money and did not do what they claimed they would do. I rather give my money to a homeless person than spend it to line the pocets of a man who did not delliver.
How can he eplain it to the judge will be the question. The facts are there for all to see. I had no signed contrct, and my net branch was not on the website, nor were the flyers he produced even useable with my name not inludeed nor the proper disclaimers then how many times did I need to order cards they never came....So once the judge sees the way he he took my money and did nothing that he promised then I will post the results. Without a fully executed his contract has no value, and the proof was with how he ran his buisness and let us not forget hin taking money two weeks early from the wrong account. If i were him I would just pay the lady you screwed up and were confronted and all you can say is that I think it is everyone's fault but mine, no it isn't you did not deliver what you promised and that is your fault not mine. Whar a company stay clear of this guy!!!! You were warned.....Susan H.

Susan was given a laptop, a cell phone, recruiting brochures, flyers and a training class on how to build her branch, just like EVERYBODY else. The fact that she could not recruit anyone to her branch must be someone else's fault. We wish her the best of luck in her new venture. It is a shame that she must try to attack and denegrade others. We will not respond in kind.
