 I am the president of a rather large HOA here in Seminole County, Florida and was very recently approached by a man named Thomas Wolf who said he was the owner of Reliable Association Management. He wanted to meet with me to learn about my HOA so that he could submit a proposal for our business. Tom Wolf dressed well, seemed very professional and confident. He gave me an introductory letter telling about his firm and his background and it looked very good.

I decided to call to call his business reference, a man named Steven Kleinberger of SMK Accounting in Casselberry. Mr. Kleinberger sang Tom Wolf's praises, speaking of their long personal and business relationship and Tom's honesty and professionalism and I was impressed. It wasn't until later that I found out that Kleingberger and Wolf were actually business partners and that was all part of their what I believe to be a scam of some kind.

I then decided to do a simple Google search on Reliable Association Management and wow did my eyes open. I found a plethora of information about this man who called himself Thomas Wolf including a web site devoted exclusively to him. Now, I'm a skeptic and rather than just believe everything I read, I tend to check things out. This web site alleged everything from Thomas Wolf having a very violent history and very dishonest and deceitful background to him actually being a man called Thomas Tempfer.

My first action was to visit the public web sites that show mug shots to see if Tom Wolf was actually Tom Tempfer and there was no mistake. Either they are identical twins or they are one and the same. Then I visited the various public web sites to verify the criminal charges against Tom and they were all verified and I even contacted a few people listed on the web site and via e-mail they gave me other information and verified what I already knew at that point. Then I decided to verify the references that Wolf had supplied to me about his prior work and to no surprise of mine, all of the business's that he had allegedly worked for are now out of business and so none of that can be verified. I was able to verify that he had been fired from several companies that he didn't list.

At this point, I was angry because I despise dishonest people who look you right in the eye and lie to get what they want or need. I decided to call Tom Wolf on the phone and ask him about what I had found. When I first asked him if his real name was Thomas Tempfer, he was real quiet for a moment and then reluctantly said yes. Then I asked him why he changed his name and had it sealed and he immediately started this tirade about an ex girlfriend who he dumped and she was angry and started that web site to get back at him and that most everything on the web site was a lie. That is why he changed his name or so he claims. I then asked him how could all of those arrest reports and police reports be lies and his reply was that people are jealous of him because he is so successful and so they are always making up accusations against him to try and knock him down a notch. I think at this point, Wolf has told his lie so often to people that he actually believes it himself. How can total strangers, at completely different times, all have abuse and fraud stories to tell about this one man and how does one explain away all of the arrests over time? How can one man be so unlucky?

I asked him about the recording I heard of him telling another man that he was going to rape him and then kill him and Tom Wolf was just silent.

I then asked him about his recently being placed on probation and fined for withholding information from the Department of Professional Regulation and in his now smooth answers to everything he said that he simply overlooked it. I have a Real Estate license and we are reminded constantly by the State about this requirement so I knew that was a flat out lie. I then asked him why he is running 3 different HOA management companies at 3 different addresses when one could do the job and he was silent. He actually had no answer because I think I blindsided him on that one. He already had a canned answer for everything but that. I suspect in my gut that because of his background of fraud, lies and deceit that the 3 companies are designed to cover up something possibly illegal that he is currently doing or has planned to do in the future. There are so many things about this man that just stink!

Thomas Wolf or Thomas Tempfer or whatever name he is using today is a con man. He tries to hide behind a different name but his very recent past speaks volumes about him. He is obviously a pathological liar, having an answer for everything he has done and ready to put blame on anyone but himself. Reading some of the police reports and hearing his recorded phone threat, I believe is pathalogical as well. No normal man says or does what he has said and done to others.

The web site up about him seemed to be very truthful and accurate from what I was able to verify. Yes, it was very much in your face but I think it needed to be. This man is a danger to society, especially to women in general. I intend to follow this up with the Florida Real Estate Board as there is a morals clause that I believe Thomas Wolf violates in every way imaginable and I believe that this man should have his license revoked permanently before he dupes some ignorant HOA into dealing with him and possibly steals their financial and personal information for his own use.

I also would be very wary and suspicious of this Steven Kleinberger of SMK Accounting in Casselberry. He obviously is working in very close partnership with Wolf and has to have known about his background. What kind of reputable business man partners with a known dishonest businessman? Perhaps they are one and the same and I'm not talking about being reputable. Just saying.
