I know exactly what you went through. I am currently going thru the same issues with this company. Especially the so-called manager Irma. I have never missed a paymen on my loan and just this past month I was 8 days late on my loan, I spoke to one of their representitives and informed them that I was waiting for my payday that coming week in order to pay my required amount. At that time they told me that if I did not pay them at that moment, they were going to have their manager contact me.

When the manager (Irma) contacted me, first she left me a message making fun of my first name, she also proceeded to make threating demands about my car loan. I found this extremely unacceptable. She then continued to call all my references and informed every single one of them that I was late with my payment, and my car was going to be repo'd! What gives her the right to share my personal information with everyone. Moments later she called again and I answered. She immidiateley got extremely aggressive with me and threaten to "repo my car and leave myself and my family stranded" where ever we may be. SHe also stated that she did not care about me or my situation, she just wants to get paid! At that point I too got very upset with this lady and told her to "slow her role!" and at that point she began to use words that I consider very offensive! I then hung up on her!,

She called right back at that point and continued with her threats! I then told her that I would find a way to make a car payment by the end of the day, but that she needed to tone her voice down, otherwise I was going to Sue the company for Harrasing phone calls. at that point she decided to quiet down a bit.

I am in the process of looking for information with a lawyer for the Threating calls and harrassing phone calls. Someone needs to teach these people about respect and courtesy!
