Remco Transmissions Inc Will not honor their warranty Plant City Florida

My son took his truck here to have the transmission rebuilt. He picked it up and 2 days later the trans started slipping. He took it back and found that there was water in the trans fluid. (it was white) Remco rebuilt it again and had to replace the case, toque converter and trans cooler. 2 months later it locked in 3^rd gear. They said he was abusing it and accused him of pulling down trees. (Cut up firewood in the bed next to a chain saw. No root ball by the way) They refused to honor their 1 year warranty. Had to go to other trans company to have it fixed and pay again to have it done right. Stay away from this store! Small claims court, here we come.
