I Went online to look for Omega 3 products. RemedicHealth offers "Free Sample". Don't get sucked in by this! You get the "Free Sample" and then before you can turn around, they are "AutoShipping" you a 3 months supply for over $73.00. This is way more than this product should cost.
When I tried calling them several times before the the shipment, there was no answer and I left my name and number as directed. No body ever called me back. I sent an E Mail to cancelling and was told that the product was already shipped and I was out of luck.
I called the company again and finally got somebody. This "Jim" was rude, loud and told me that they would not accept a return of this product. I told him I was instructing my credit card company to reverse the charge and he told me "We don't care what you do, we got our money and we are not giving refunds."
I told him I would lodge a complaint and see that it was posted on the Internet and his remark was "Who cares, do what you got to do."
So I am.
I told this "Jim" that I I did not want any more of the product because it made me very ill and kept repeating on me. I was told that an Omega 3 product with fish oil should never have an aftertaste. RemedicHealth claims that this is superior product. I think not. His answer was "That's your problem"

I reported this company to the Rochester Better Business Bureau. They were super fast in responding and very helpful. They have recorded my complaint and it will be available to anyone checking up on RemedicHealth. They sell other products beside the Omega3.
I was never able to get my money back and am stuck with this product that I cannot use. SENIOR CITIZENS, be especially aware. We are on fixed incomes and the loss of this $73.00 puts other bills on the back burner causing me worry, care and anxiety.
