Renasant bank rip off huntsville, Alabama

i have a business that sells cars and @ the first of the year we do tax for cars we do your taxes you get a car and what is left you get back i changed banks last year to renasant bank i told them about the tax business and they said it would not be a problem so all was good till the money hit the bank they started giving me the run around talking to me like i was not sh.. and going into corners and whispering so they told me today that all the money would be returned to the irs and sent to the customers well if the customer good im good and have a letter from the irs saying that it is ok what is the problem with the bank now the customer have a car and a bill of sale that is saying paid in full so i will go out of business if the bank sends the money back last year i had the money sent to the customer and never got paid and could not repo a paid for car now other banks do not have a problem with it if it is a business so i will close the account who wants to be with a fly by night bank with only 1 or 2 branches in your state not me
