Renee Daughtee Con Artist Attorney

Consumers be aware of this Con Artist attorney Renee Daughtee  located 18881  Von Karman Ave Irvine, CA 92649 when hiring her services.   This attorney has been in serious trouble with the law for the past 11 years and has bad reviews about her work ethics. 

In November 18, 2011 Renee commingled personal funds in her client trust account and used the account for personal expenses. She wrote two checks against insufficient funds in the account, committing acts of moral turpitude. As a result, the state bar suspended her license for one year. 

In April 17, 2016 she was arrested for possesion of controlled substance  11377 (A) and displayed of false evidence of registration 4462.5. and then arrested again in June 29,2017 for same charges.   This explains the current lawsuit she is facing for Fraud and Conversion with her accomplices Rich Caragao aka Reichl Caragao, Jeffrrey Ramos of Ladera Ranch and Joel Paz  running a car rental, rent to own scam in OC and LA area.  I am sure she was arrested for driving one of the stolen vehicles Rich Caragao took  from his victims. 

In May 23, 2016 she was also taken to court by UDR Newport Beach North LP in the Jurisdiction of Orange County Superior Courts , Harbor Justice Center Newport Beach. 

There are several bad reviews about her work ethics where clients had lost their cases due to her incompetence and not returning calls to her clients.  Again, please do your research before you hire this con artist lawyer and end up taking your money.
