*Consumer Comment: All these "rent a whatever" places are rip offs...
Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I myself also filled out an application for this product and had my money removed from account without any final decision to this matter. Tried to email to support 3 times and even emailed back to the address on the email I received stating that they took the 25 dollars for the application fee, but to no avail.
Would not recommend using this site. If these people are ever caught or brought up on fraud charges, please advise me as so I may place suit also.

All these "rent a whatever" places are rip offs...

..but..at some point you must have gave them your bank or credit card information..hence giving them carte blanche to charge you.
An application fee is ALWAYS taken before final decision..of THEM..not you. You are the one who has the decision whether or not to submit bank or credit card information. Once you do...usually you are charged something.
Not to say you weren't misled or deceived..or even ripped off..but in order for others not to become victim to the same fate, they should be informed..the real lesson is....IF no bank or credit card info is given.....THEN no charges are possible.
Simple...if..then.
My suggestion to the OP..request the bank or credit card to reverse the charges and tell them you did not authorize these charges. If this rent a whatever place did do this fraudulently and without authorization, the bank will have no problem reversing the charges.
