My family and I were looking for rentals in Richmond Hill, Ga. Being in the military, it is difficult to go to the next duty station and go house hunting. We found a property on popular website such as Zillow and realtor.com. When we looked for a contact it said via rentberry.com. The site was pretty cool so we decided to pay the 40 dollars to submit an application. No response. We contacted management co and number was a scam. We emailed rentberry for assistance, but to no avail. We then called and requested assistance and they told me they did not get involved with any transaction on this site. Are you kidding me? So I asked for a refund and they said they had no control of what requirements the property manager had. This site is a scam. Total fraud!
