Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Completed a request for a free sample online - just shipping was the charge.They proceeded to charge shipping then a crazy amount of $97.00+ for future orders that I did not ask for.When I called to ask them to drop the charge they gave me the run around. I explained I was prepared to take them to court if necessary.
Spoke to a Wilson Mendez who refused to let me speak to a supervisor who he said was named Andy Contey.
I am waiting to see if they take off the charge. I just received an email about cancelling an order and a full refund.
Beware they are total scammers!

Attention Renu Derma Customers!
Be aware of knock off products. This is not a products accosted with our skin care line.
My Company called Renu Derma is a victim of a RenueDerma and hundreds of customers as well.
Our company is founded in Salisbury, NC. Copyrights are filed in 2011 and we are operating under name RenuDerma. Not Renu"e" Derma. this report has to be addressed to a RenuDerma and has nothing to do with our company.
You can see when you visit our webpage we do not charge for sample or for shipping and we do not have trial order to sign you up. On an other hand people been scammed by RenueDerma and legal authorities do nothing to protect customers rights or my companies reputation.
