I talked to a "woman" who said her name was "Norma"... um... no... you could tell she lied about her name because she called me Norma at one point LOL  Lame... I kept telling her I wanted a full refund and for them to completely delete me from their records, she kept insisting on reading the "agreement" to me and telling me I was outside the 14 day trial period and she could not give me a refund.  I insisted she refund my money, she just talked louder than I was, screaming at me, insisting and bulling me, abusing me verbally for not letting her read the agreement.  She offered to give me a 35% refund out of the goodness of her heart... this stuff is SO scripted... ugh  I demanded to talk to a supervisor, well, I got "Jennifer Jose" and she proceeded to do the same thing to me!  Insisting on reading the "agreement", I told her I never agreeed to anything and if she had proof to send it to me.  She said it's on the website.  I told her that any ligit company backs up their orders with emails and links and information for canceling any future orders.  All I got was the email above, and over the next 2 months they stole two amounts for $94.57 each from my credit card.  She agreed to "close my account" (I never agreed to have an "account", I merely ordered a TRIAL sample), and she offered me a 50% refund (again, out of the goodness of her heart as if she would get in trouble for doing it... again, SO scripted)... after being on the phone for over and hour and getting quite tired of the abuse, I finally took it thinking I would get at least $94.57 (50% of what they scammed) of my money back, now here's another tricky part folks, heads up, when they offer you a percentage of a refund, it's not for the total amount that they stole from you, it's for one payment!!  I got this email:

Please note: refund may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account based on your card issuer. They are refunding me only half of one payment!  The stole $150 from me (rounding numbers)!!!  

From the complaints I NOW read on ripoffreport (wish I had seen this beforehand, I'm kicking myself) there are a LOT of complaints on these scammers!  Why are they still operating??  I will post this everywhere I can.  I will make it my mission to let everyone know how these scammers work.  I will only change this report once I have 100% of what they stole from me.  I want my money, I want justice, I want these people to stop stealing peoples money.
