I Personally know the people that own REO Direct Partners and it is a scam.  All of their workers checks have bounced and now they are refusing to pay them.  They are not affiliated with ANY banks that provide them listings, and they do not plan on honoring your $275 registration fee refund.  They are just taking your money.

I am a victim of this scam!  I signed up with REO Direct Partners over a year ago.  I never received any kind of leads from them.  They never had any contact with me after they got my money!  This is a huge scam!  Now their phone number is not in service and I cannot log onto the website.  I emailed them a couple of times and still no response, no remedy for the situation.  This company is the biggest joke!  I want my $275 back along with something for my time that I have spent trying to track this stupid company down!!!!

REO Direct partners is a full service asset management and disposition firm with several call center locations. According to our terms of use THE YEARLY MEMBERSHIP FEE IS SUBJECT TO A REFUND OR FREE RENEWAL FOR THE FOLLOWING 12 MONTHS SHOULD YOU NOT RECEIVE ANY BUSINESS FROM REO DIRECT, LLC IN THE INITIAL 12 MONTH PERIOD. MEMBER WILL BE REFUNDED FEE - $50.00 SERVICING FEE. we would be happy to oblige any realtor who has not received listings from us as our return policy states however we do request our agents to provide us an ample amount of time to supply them with the work they deserve. 

Working with lenders and banks of different sizes from the national bank to the smaller community banks, each lender has their own timelines and requirements before releasing listings. We currently do not have listings everywhere nationwide however we are working with our many lenders at providing all of our current agents with listings in their specific area. As we are a younger company we do not have the same reach as a larger REO company may have. We do have many different teams that handle different regions and different lenders, to inquire about our services please simply contact us at lenders@reodirectpartners.com Per IL state law an asset manger does not need to hold a valid real estate license. An asset manger is not defined as a loan officer, a mortgage broker, a real estate agent, or a real estate broker.
