purchased iphone dock charge port. when part was installed lower microphone did not work. It took me longer than the 10 day warrenty to replace with another unit that is fully functional. Repair universe refuses to replace part.

complaining because

1. part was defective to begin with

2. 10 days is far too little time for a warrenty
