I ordered 4 tee shirts from Reparwear.com but never received the shirts. When I tried to contact the company I found all their contact info was bogus. Reparwear.com should be taken down and it should be done by Yahoo who host the site and also assists Reparwear.com as acting merchant accounts. Pay Pal should also discontinue Reparwear.com PayPal merchant account.

Reparwear.com Update: Worse Then Before, Ripoffwear.com
AUTHOR: Bob - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Saturday, August 08, 2009
After filing complaints with Pay-Pal, Yahoo and filing a fraud report to my bank in an effort to recover my money. I received three emails say my shirts would be delivered. 10 days later I received 2 of the 4 shirts I ordered in a flat rate plastic envelop. Once again I tried without success to contact Reparwear.com via email (the only contact info available) with no response. I contacted Yahoo and Pay-Pal after 2 weeks passed and I had not received the balance of my order. I was informed by Pay-Pal that since Reparwear.com had sent a partial order I would have to file a report with my bank. When I received a letter from my bank request any information I had regarding this transaction, I printed all the unanswered emails and made it very clear that I had received only half my order. Before mailing the information to my bank I tried a last ditch effort to contact Reparwear.com and sent over 100 emails in quick succession. I did receive an answer demanding I stop. It was the annoyance to reparwear.com that finally got an answer to my email. The email said she didn't know what I was talking about and had never seen any emails from me. I forwarded her all the emails and her response was her records show the shirts were mailed. (The only proof she has is that she mail a flat rate package to my address. The package was note weighted and no tracking number was supplied). It was then I mailed my bank the info they had requested. A Good Thing. Evidently she finally open the email sent from ripoffreport.com that must have been sent when I filed my original report. At that point she said she was not going to send me my shirts because I put in for a full return, (reparwear.com had the opportunity to answer my banks requests and chose not to.) Due to the inaccessibility of reparwear.com my banks gave me a full refund. Not my fault if repearwear.com chooses not to answer email or supply further contact info. In the end I received an email form reparwear.com calling me a psycho. To add insult to injury I noticed after the second washing of the shirts sent, the design on the shirts has started to peel. Reparwear.com is a ripoff company or just the poorest ran company on the internet. Either way STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. If you want tee-shirt from a reliable source you can't go wrong with OLD GLORY.
