Rescom Capital has been in operation for over 30 years and has an exceptional relationship with its borrowing clientele. We have no knowledge of any such incident as reported in this complaint, however had it occurred, we would have encouraged any complainant to contact us to discuss the matter in order to seek a fair resolution. In this case, there is no basis for the complaint - it is a fraud. 

We have received several offers from "companies" that will have this complaint removed from the internet, for a fee, of course. It's seems obvious that the "complainant" is most likely one of those companies that is offering to remove the complaint for a fee. This is really just an on-line form of extortion, most likely originating out of somewhere in Asia, where they are immune from any lNorth America legal recourse, and while RipOff Report provides a viable service, it also provides an avenue for every sleazy fraudster to commit such acts anonymously, and has evidently managed to facilitate this under a variety of legal protections for the complainant, with no such protection provided for the person or company being complained about. 

If this were a real complaint, we'd expect that we would have been served with a legal claim. We have not, and we continue to do business with many of the same customers year after year, who evidently have no issues with how we perform our service. We will not pay extortion fees to have this post removed - it can sit on-line forever.
