I signed up to get movie tickets over the internet, provided only my credit card number to be able to purchase the tickets and did not want any part of being a member that cost money. However, the company took the liberty of charging me the money without my approval. I called my credit card company and reported it and have since canceled my "free membership" with fandago.com and am awaiting the refund from citi cards on my charges. At first, citi cards was not exactly willing to repay my money until I started warning them it was illegal and told them about the NACHA laws I saw on this sight.
