Jacob Taylor was my initial contact with RRC in late 2018. His information: title was Senior Case Manager, jtaylor@residentialresourcecenter.org, (760)453-0059. I submitted all information he requested from me. Next, James /wright was the one who said he would enter my information to determine if I qualified for help with the loan modification. He gave me the ID # JP442-8879  and said I did qualify. Then, Christy Evans was assigned to my case.

Her information: Senior processor, srprocessing@residentialresourcecenter.org, (760)453-0060. Her assistant was Marley Xanders: Assistant Processor, mxanders@residentialresourcecenter.org, (760)453-0051.

I faxed and emailed all the requested personal information. I sent two payments of $1,312.53 on 22 JAN 2019 and 21 FEB 2019. the original interest rate was 4.5% and RRC said they had negotiated the rate to 3.75%. I was told to send a cashier's check to Resource Property Management at 7211 Haven Ave. Suite E-310, Rancho Cucamonga CA 91701.

RRC was trying to negotiate the rate to 2.75%. In MAR 2019, I received a certified letter from LoanCare' lawyers stating that my house was scheduled for auction on 09 APR 2019. I tried for a week to contact Christy, Marley or Jacob, but no one answered or returned my calls or emails.

When I contacted LoanCare about the loan modification with RRC, I was told the only information/communication from RRC was a Cease & Desist letter. RRC did not do anything except take my money and get my family's personal information.
