Residential Voice Mail charging for a service that I didn't request. service could not be canceled based on the e-mail sent from this company RIPOFF internet

Residential voicemail is rip-off. They sign you up for a service and you can not cancel as requested on www.residentialvoicemail.com/cgi-bin/cancellations. I went on to find a receipe and registered no to all services and received this service which I did not want. I will not pay for this service.
