The Resolve Web Marketing firm outlined clearly outlined that they’ve never had one unhappy customer. How unlucky am I, how can I honestly be the first unhappy customer when they deliver god awful service. Something is amiss here! What a pack of disorganised individuals who look for a quick buck rather than a long term business partnership where both the client and they can win. We joined Resolve Web Marketing with high expectations as the sales pitch was very technical and seemed legit. To support their offering, their company site ranked well on Google, so we automatically assumed, if they can do it for themselves then surely we’ll be easy. We signed on and away we went. Little did we know, the Resolve Web Marketing team were utterly disorganised or just didn’t give a crap.

It was my decision to select Resolve Web Marketing from the 3 providers we received quotes from, so we pushed on. I had a feeling things would go south very quickly and I was right. The Resolve client base may have grown too fast as we felt the resources we needed weren’t there. Or on the other hand, they have no idea what good service is. Progress was slow and getting service from them was difficult. In the end the service was just not there and either were the results. Time and money down the dunny and the stress that came with it, even more disappointing. We’ve decided not to continue with SEO mainly to our dealings with Resolve Web Marketing. Social media is our new saviour! Due to the popularity of social media, we’ve engaged a South Yarra social media agency to sales to our business. We chose this social media agency as I actually went to their office, met the team and could see they had a proficient operation running. After dealing with Resolve, I now meet the entire team I plan to do business with.
