Resort Bailout LLC Resort Holdings Did not transfer my timeshare property out of my name after giving them the money and signing the contract. East Hartford Connecticut

I have tried for over 2 years to get my timeshare issue resolved with this company and they will not return my phone calls, answer e-mails or acknowledge that I sent a certified letter to them to two different addresses.  One did come back.  The last e-mail I received from the was on 12/30/14 at 20:19;50 stating that " This account is in my priority folder! We hope to have this completed by days end." signed by Andrew L.  Might add it was written in all caps.  So, days end have come and gone and more added to the years. My resort wrote me a letter after Resort Bailout not following through with driver's licenses that they would not honor this company.  Even sent them a copy of that letter and no response.  I have asked for my money back in emails and the certified letter that wasn't returned.  I really would just like to get rid of the timeshare but at this point I'm stuck with it and out the money.
