Come (sperm) stains on my kids beddings, chairs and couches. Candle wax all over the fire place, Fire place was not cleaned out. The whole place was not cleaned. The pots and pans the Teflon was coming off and going into the food. While taking a shower the tiles were falling off the walls. The fireplace had candle wax all over the walls… I should the one off the managers she was sick to her stomach and said we would get a refund. When I meet up with the male manager (Daniel Devore)  then everything changed to please do not put back remarks on internet that he would call the owner and work it out as the condo was nasty and could not believe what my kids were sleeping in, sitting in and also cooking on.  I was so grossed out it felt they had used it as a porno condo with cheap men of the nights.  I paid full price for high end condo they could have repaired this unit with 2 weeks rental.

As a woman owned business property manager myself this is not how you do business especially when it comes to Children. This condo is not a child friend condo…

I would not recommend this unit or building; management company may need to speak to your Management company and Subcontractors

Just in case I missed anything. Here is the list of things wrong with this condo (if you can see it with your eyes and not a black light is pretty sad)

1. Sperm stains everywhere (chairs, couch, bed linens and cover)  

2. Candle wax on the fire place and fire place is falling a part

3. Kitchen needs to be upgraded

4. Bathroom shower wall is falling apart

5. Carpet is nasty

6. Toilet not working had to plug everyday

7. toilet seat broken

8. Completed property not cleaned

9. was called drink  and was asked not to report them for not doing there job (thats really professial)
