Signed up for the resume boomer service on-line. Paid $49.95.
Was emailed a password which didn't work. Called cust service several times, was told each time that I.T. was looking in to it and they would get back to me.
That was over a week ago. Now every time I call on hold forever and then it goes to voicemail.
Do not get fooled by this company. My bad for not checking into them earlier.
