When I first signed up for this website I was aware that is was a 14day trial. However, on the 14th day when i cancelled not only was I charged (39.95), but when I called management they treated me as if I was dumb. Apparently there was an exact time that I had to cancel the trial (it was not stated on the website nor was it stated on my sale receipt). They also said that they have no return policy and I would not be getting my money back. I am not a happy customer, especially since I cancelled within the time limit, but was not told there was an exact time. Horrible company, practices as well customer service.
