These scum bags will just go into your bank account and take all your money out. Im negative 12,000 when all I owed was 6,000. I'm not working and I'm just collecting child support. These money hungry disgusting excuses of human beings are now taking my children's money. Who does that! I do not work and have no other assets so I don't understand what the hell you want from me! I have nothing to give you scam artists! You people have ruined me and now I have no money for my kids as a single mother! How can you people live with yourselves! How do you sleep at night! Soulless human beings!

If Resurgence got a court lein against your account for the $6000, most banks will put a hold for double the amount against the account. This would have the effect of showing a negative $12000. Unfortunately, if they did get the court lein they gain take money from any and all accounts that show your name as an owner of the account.
I'd suggest to contact Resurgence to see if something can be worked out. Hope things get better for you.
